While you are welcome to use any caterer of your choice, we are pleased to offer you the following list of our Preferred Caterers.  These caterers have had experience with conducting events in the EventGallery 910Arts, are likely to promote local and organic food, and have an exemplary level of customer service.

If you choose a caterer who has never before worked at the EventGallery 910Arts, we advise you to arrange a time for a walk-through, so your caterer can see the space, determine appropriate layout, learn about set up and breakdown requirements and see the catering kitchen. Please contact us or ask your caterer to contact us at 303-815-1779 to set a time for a site visit.  Complete catering rules are posted in the catering kitchen and can also be mailed or emailed to your caterer.

All alcohol sales are handled through our bar, located inside the EventGallery 910Arts. Our Bar Guru can assist you with determining the right type and amount of beverages to serve your guests.  We can work with you to host the bar or to offer a cash bar. The 910Arts Bar can handle all the beverages for your special event.  Host bar, cash bar or drink ticket options are available.
